    200ml semi; 2pts

    Lunch: Bread x 2; 2pts
    Banana (med); 1.5pts
    Babybel; 1pt

    Afternoon: Mccoys 50g cheese and onion; 5pts

    Total: 13/27pts

    (I usually have 100ml of milk in my porridge and count an extra 100ml for tea if I have any, but I had none today)

    Feeling quite good about today, although i'm freakin' hungry...

    I was at my personal training last night and was feeling really lazy.. so I ordered pizza... stupid me. Anyways;

    breakfast
    porridge + milk; 2.5pts

    lunch
    bread x 2; 2pts
    phili extra light quarter of tub; 1pt
    tuna - 1 can; 2pts

    dinner

    small Hawaiian; 10.5
    chicken kickers; 7
    garlic bread; 10
    brioche x2 slices; 4
    butter, golden syrup; 4

    6 AP earned

    total: 36.5/27

    Mushrooms on toast (recipe in the discover book, slightly amended)
