Day 1.... eee wish me luck

stepped on the scales at a horrific 280.1 (20 st 0.1) before my holidays (two weeks ago) i was 19 stone!!! I think I am getting my TOTM though, so normally about half a stone of that is water weight..

Anyways I had a big fat dominos pizza last night, so I don't even want to look at food today... can see this going well up until about 6pm tonight when the hunger kicks in again =P

I'll stick in my food log when i get time to decide what i'm eating for 500 cals =3 Went to tescos and threw in a load of sub 100 cal things into my basket, ryvitas, cuppa soups, yoghurts, and some meal replacement shakes, and a big bottle of water =)

DD = 499, ID = 1996, UD = 2496

Good luck, I feel for you about holiday weight. I lost 57lbs for my wedding in june, went on honeymoon and gained a stone and half in 11 days! Been stuck to my body since and a few more crept on last week too. JUDDD seems pretty good so far, although I am very new to it!

Yeah it's hard... I ate nowt but rubbish since, and it was 2 weeks ago now!! Actually..no it was 3 weeks D:

Went to Birmingham as my mums family are there,and getting to shop in the city of course!!

Not forgetting the visit to the Cadbury factory, I've still got bars and bars of chocolate from the staff shop but I won't dither on that fact on a down day......

There's always tomorrow :3

Other

The OCD in me likes the roundness of this day ^_^

but still bluudy hungry =(

I was alright until the evening, that's where I usually eat the most. I can cope on little during the day from my evening weightwatchers classes, but then after that I went and had a takeout =P

You will be fine, you can do it. I find having a Dr pepper zero or pepsi max does the trick in the evening, I don't drink fizzy drinks as a rule but they don't half fill you up on a DD, I did vlcd before this and Dr pepper zero was my lifeline!!

Yeah I pinched some of my mums sugar free fizzy and it helped =P

I also had the jelly that was only half set, but i was desperate... haha

I woke up this morning and my first thought wasn't food. Went to tesco to grab some lunch... and I just picked whatever fell at my feet lol. Skinny brain??? The hell is that all about??

Ok so 2nd DD nearly over, definitely not as bad as the 1st!! Don't get me wrong I'm still "hungry" but I'm able to cope knowing I have my LOVELY cereal for breakfast tomorrow =3

I'll be dreaming about food tonight I'm sure =D

I don't think its possible that I'll lose any more weight this week, I'd be amazingly happy if I can maintain the 9lb loss. Think I'll make my weigh in on Tuesday morning, after the DD on monday. =3

Yep dough is hand made and everything. (i'll post the recipe tonight, its really simple) Although I think i'm getting the temp and timing a little off as they come out well done on the outside (which I like) but could be a little more done on the inside. Those were on at 200, so I think 180/190 for a longer time might be better =3

I jumped on the scales this morning and i'm ANOTHER 1.6lbs down
