    Need to invest in new scales, but the old ones are showing a 10lb lss this morning. Really chuffed and bless my big sis who says she can already tell ' around my chops'! :happy036:

    So my Bank Holiday weigh in is showing a 4lb loss, 14lbs in total. Ready to tackle the next stone!

    5lbs off this week, total of 19lbs. Hoping to pass a stone and a half next week. Introducing add a meal, so need to keep focused.

    Cheers ladies. I was surprised this morning, have actually just weighed myself again at my in- laws to double check my scales are right and still showing 5! :) Had a chicken noodle (slim noodle) salad for lunch, which was amazing! Lol. So just need to keep on track this week with the food. Fingers crossed for Wednesday Kat! are you doing Exante Marie? X

    3 lb loss first week, can't believe it, have not lost 1 lb the last 4 months trying different diets!!

    Soooo wk 3 weigh in and ive lost 5lbs this week!!!! Big sigh of relief!! Thats a stone in the 3 weeks :0) for me an my bloody body thats good!! How are you all getting? X

    Yeah, fantastic, really chuffed for you! Are you going to add meal for week 4? I have for last 3 days, have been taking a lunch to work as makes it easier around people and ha one packs at night. Just getting ready to order my next 4 week bundle :)
