Hard Rock Cafe - Salad Help!!

Hey!

On my third week of SW and was wondering if anybody had any idea how many syns are in one of the salads at Hard Rock Cafe? I went for a friends birthday and there weren't any particularly good choices!!

Here's what I had -
SMOKEHOUSE CHOP SALAD
Freshly chop mixed field greens tossed with diced smoked chicken, spicy bacon & pecans, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo with a smoky citrus vinaigrette and topped with fresh sliced avocado
I had the dressing on the side and only used about 1/4-1/2 of it
and a margarita cocktail (oops)!

Thanks to anyone who can help, feeling a bit muddled!!

You'd need to syn the pecans, cheese, avocado and probably the bacon as doubt it would have had the fat removed! If you look in your book, all those items should be listed individually! HTH x
