harriets diary - doing my own thing :)

friday 2 september sees the start of my new diary. i think writing things down is perhaps the way to go at least to start with. ive set myself a goal of losing 14lbs first then maybe little goals of 7lbs..i shall see how i get on.

i thought id have just a small breakfast and lunch and then a larger dinner with veggies, meat and fruit and yogurt probably most days. if i get the odd day where its a celebration or something i will do that but in moderation..thats where my problem seems to arise..no moderation whatsoever!!!
