Can anyone help me with the syn value for the chicken fajita wap please?
Its says its 1096kcal but that includes fries and sour cream dip - I won't be having those so it should take it down to 600kcal maximum (450 for the fries and 150 for the dip). It is just chicken, cheese (HeA), peppers, onions, tomato salsa (which is 20kcal for a full serving) and the wrap - so my guess is around 10 syns?
