Has anyone come across this "diet"?

S: 13st5lb C: 11st0lb G: 11st0lb BMI: 22.1 Loss: 2st5lb(17.65%)
Hey all,

I just switched from calorie counting to the Abs Diet, and within a couple of days I lost 2 lbs; which is GREAT following a long month of stagnation.

I also feel very full of energy. This seems more like a lifestyle choice, which I could keep up indefinitely, than a diet.

Just wondering if anyone's heard of it/ done it?
