serial dieter!!!
Hi all, im currently doing Slim and Save and im wanting to lose still another 2 stone and just weighing up my options.
Has anyone come over from another vlcd to this one and still had great losses? Ive never done Atkins before, i pretty much done every other diet out there! but reading your posts is really getting me thinking a change could be in order!!!
I know everyone is different but what are the losses like?
