I'm thinking of moving up to 810 and taking up exercise - has anyone else done this and still lost?

Has anyone done this after being on ss or ss+?

On 810 - an occasional glass of wine should be ok, right?

I think the wine is sure fire no no! But if it isnt ive been missing out. I went up last week and increased my excercise a little and feel fine. In all honesty I feel like ive done the whole 810 thing wrong because i have energy, Im enjoying the food and hopefully (find out in 5 hrs) im still losing weight! x

I'm on 810 have been for a few weeks feeling good doing loads of excersise, no you cant have wine im afraid and there isnt a lot of choice on 810 (although i am really enjoying the food i'm eating at the moment) it is still a strict diet and if you stick to it you will lose. i have lost a constant 4 pounds since starting 810

When did you decide to move up and may I ask why??

I'm not seeing the results I really want and I do like to be active - I don't like the fact that my life seems to be on hold while losing only 1-2lbs per week and doing very little nor eating much.

I've done 810 before and lost about 4 kilos over 3 weeks in the beginning and then couldn't get back into it and hence would advise stick with SS for a few more weeks, perhaps 2 then you will really enjoy 810 for longer before wanting to move up again.

PennyJane I am the same height as you, I could never be 125lbs this would make me a size 6 -8! Did the CDC say this was a good weight for you?

Oh yeah that looks about right! I'm sure you are going to be there very soon. Hold onto SS for another week or two darl it'll be worth it!

Does that mean your ticker is incorrect then now you have done the math??

Thanks Bren - I'd not noticed my original stats and I'd calculated in kilos which seems about right even though I've now converted back to pounds.

Why oh why do I get bored so easily???? Perhaps I need to think on this a while?!

    Thanks again x
