Has anyone tried that Cathedral City Light?

    I think its advertised in this months SW magazine. Its 30 % less fat and claims to cook well.

    I'm just eating some on 4 ryvita with tomato, and it's lovely - not at all plasticy like some low fat cheeses. Not tried it grilled or melted yet but i'm quite optimistic.

    The good news is, its an A choice - 42g!!!!!

    The other good news is, its half price at tesco at the moment.

    If you've tried melting it, please let me know what its like!

    They talked about this in the WLR forum. All said that it was really nice. Haven't tried it myself.

    I have and its yum. It melts really well.

    I have been stocking up while it is on half price at tesco, its on offer until about the 16th I think!
