haven't used that one but I have tried Mr Motivator - he is good! I really enjoy the wii fit as well and it is nice to see the weight scale go down the way!

I love the 5 step fat attack!!!

It was recommended by Jen and she loves it too.

Its quite hard work, but I reckon you could just go at your own pace - whatever that is right now and build it up.

The warm up gets your heart pumping and the first cardio section is really tiring and sweaty but very enjoyable. I love the music which helps.

The boxing section is good fun and the abs work is working.

I really like the instructor - he is very cute!! and the blokes she exercises with are worth working out for ;)

i know im trying desperately to persuade him otherwise but once he has made his mind up then thats it :(..............git !!!

thanks for that LRO, think i will nip asda after work and pick a copy up !! i dont mind a bit of hard work and the eye candy is always a bonus !!
