Red Days Have I just ballsed my day up?

Decided I was going to have a red day today, breakfast was 2 turkey rashers, 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and tomatoes.
Lunch was ham, chunky tikka chicken with a big salad and for my tea I've just got some bolognaise out of the freezer (sw style) and added a tin of kidney beans and a tin of spicy beans mix, neither are free foods on red. I've had no hxb though, so could I count that or could it be made into ee? I've had an apple, banana and muller light as snacks and an ice cream for syns.
 
Yeah you could go for extra easy now rather than red. If you wanted to stay with red, you would need to know the amount of kidney and baked beans you have used in order to be able to syn them or healthy extra them.

Personally I would go for extra easy now, it still means you've got an a and a b to use up :)
 
Thanks. I've had milk so my a has gone, can't see me having anything else now as I'm stuffed x
