have i ruined it???????????????

Yeasterday, day 1 i completley stuck to the diet :) but today ive done a tiny booboo :cry:. Had my shake in the morn and shake in the afternoon and then 2 mins ago had a bite of pitta bread :eek:. It was just a bite, but ive heard even if you have the tinniest bit of anything you dont loose weight that day....is this right???? does this mean that i'll loose no weight today????:confused:

Don't panic...

Put it behind you and move on, as you are not in full ketosis yet it won't make much of a difference.

Everyone starting off puts bits of food in their mouth by mistake...best to spit it out if you find yourself doing it again.

Don't panic, use it as a learning curve... remember the panic you feel now and you wont do it again. I was naughty last week twice and lost nothing and kicked myself all week ... NEVER again- what a waste of a week. Just put it behind you move on and think positive. Goodluck :D x

erm hello everyone..im going through a similar predicament...its my 3oth day on adiet and ive been good,just all of a sudden now i had the urge to eat a sandwich...im really worried now...does this mean i have to start all over again

no your ok the first two weeks for me was hard had gravings like mad as iam a chef too which made things harder but trust me it gets so much better your be fine as long as you stay strict to the diet no cheating or you will not go into ketisios and will be harder to if you do have any othere than whats alowed keep going ok its well worth it waut to you see the resluts from weight inns good luck
