had my first pack really late, ended up having few bits of bacon, bag of pork scratchlings, 2 sausages and just had a bag of nik nacks.. and a hand full of cockels FFS

off to bed now before i do any more damage

oh and only drank 2 litres all day :(

better day tommorrow... :D

oh and it was weigh day today but these scales are much higher than mine at home.. so i dont really no what i have lost.. will defo no next week!! :)

My CDC says 2 litres is enough .... I never do 4 litres.

Jump back on tomorrow and look forward, not back.
