havent lost anything!!!!

hi all
started slimming world last week and havent lost anything,i am really trying my best,but i must be doing something wrong!!!!
i,m eating a lot of superfoods and free foods,e.g melon until its coming out of my ears lol,strawberries,bananas etc.
i am wondering if its because i am using niquitin lozengers as i have recently given up smoking (77 days) after 30 years and recently had major surgery....i have cut out all fat and use half spoon sugar(cant use sweetners in my coffee),,,i also changed to clover lighter and have majorly cut that down on my cracker bread!!!!!
so can anyone tell me what i,m doing wrong and any recipes would be great,as i am a plain eater,dont like curries,chilli etc!!!!!
