Having a bad day already :(

    Just hopped on the scales and I've only lost 2 lbs...WI is tomorrow morning.It's very disappointing after last week, especially as I've really struggled this week but managed to stay 100% on the diet.I'm so so so tired-all I want to do is sleep :( Do you think I should maybe be on 4 packs? I'm 5ft7 so I'm close to the height limit for 4 packs anyway.Sigh...I don't know-all this effort for a measly 2 lbs :(

    You've lost 20lbs in a fortnight, thats fantastic. If i could lose that amount as quickly i'd be very very happy.
    You will be disappointed with 2lbs because of last weeks loss but you may find that next week you lose something like 5lbs. I weighed myself at home just before WI on Monday and told me i had put on 2lbs but thats not the same as what CDC scales said. Wait til you get to meeting and go by her scales. It is definately a struggle but what you have done so far should be motivating you, its an incredible loss. Well done.

    Hi im 5.7ft and i have 4 shakes aday.I think thats what you might need, its better than eating and might give you abit more energy. well done on the weight loss so far. You will feel better soon.

    I think that you need 4 a day as well. Don't feel down you are going in the right direction. x

    hun 22lb over 2 weeks is fantastic you need to average it out. your body has probably gone into shock after such a fab loss and didnt want to give up much this week LOL.
    your doing really well and you know its worth it

    Thanks all-I've just had a really hard week this week, not helped by numerous arguments with my OH(including this morning so he's now stormed of in a huff),bad nights with the baby and just general stress of life.I'll ask about trying 4 packs tomorrow.

    Hey ! Look at it this way, supposing you lost 14lbs last week, then 8 this week, you`d be over the moon right?!!!!

    Same difference ! Excellent weight loss so far, well done !!
