Hi Im having a hard time giving up smoking. I've lost count on how many times I've tried to quit. I have lung problems and am very obese too. I've tried everything apart from Champix which my doc won't prescribe to me. At the moment I have patches and inhalator but just brought a pack of fags. Any advice would be welcome as I have thickening of the lung and the onset of emphysema. I want to give up I really do but just give in to cravings. Can anybody recommend a really good ecig? The ones I've tried I've had to send back cuz they won't recharge.
