    hi everyone lm really struggling this week dunno why, havent cheated but so down only lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks:confused::confused: starting week 12 on monday did this happen to anyone else? l really need motivation crumbling here:cry::cry:

    Sorry you are feeling down, I had quite a few weeks where I only lost a 1lb or 2, but the scales do eventually get themselves moving again so hang in there.

    hiya, as georgie said hand in there im sure the scales will start moving soon. my cdc said that sometimes you can plateau 2weeks i lost nothing and didnt cheat. Keep going you are doing really really well

    Keep going, if you're not cheating your body will be burning fat, it will probably be tricking you by keeping hold of water etc, keep at it, you'll have a good loss soon, women's bodies tend to play tricks, I still feel 'starving' around my totm!!! Chin up battle on, there are hard days but they are easily outdone by the days where you catch sight of your reflection and smile xx
