Where I'm worrying its not going to work! Am tracking and have used most of my weeklies (weigh in is Tues) but I have eaten so well and even had a trip to costa with a latte and a treat. Haven't cut food groups out like I normally do when I start a new diet and am still drinking coffee (normally cut this out too!)

Hope I get a loss!
 
So long as youve stuck within your allowances theres no reason you shouldnt lose.

I know how you feel though, had a bacon sarnie for brekkie this morning. All pointed but feel its too naughty! Years of dieting has buggered my mental attitude methinks.
 
Well done. If I do have something more substantial, as long as it comes in with my dailies, I'm OK, but still wonder until the next weigh in day. Has been OK so far.
