having a night off

okay so im having a night off,
already had some syns
x2 on milkados
1/2 on weight watchers yoghurt
x2 on salad cream!!

and im halfing a chicken kebab(free)(and hes having the pitta bread lol) and a small chips id say around 17syns shared by 2 is
8 and half syns lus garlic mayon x2 syns

so my syns for today are
14 and half i think??? is that about right???

if i cut bk my syns tomorow and only have 5>?????

your allowed 15 syns a day so your still within your allowance as long you dont go over 105 a week you should still have a loss of 1-2 pounds . We all need a night off now and again after all we are only human. But be sure you stay on track the rest of the week if you do go over later. I am having a stir fry later on cant wait

can someone explain that to me?
how can chicken that goes in a kebab from a kebab van be free?????? xxx

ive always been told its free!!!! evryone at my slimming world group eat it- because chicken without fat is free re..kebab, however lamb kebab and donner kebab are syned!

Are they like cooked chunks/slices of chicken? It would depend how it was cooked and if it had any marinade or flavour on.

I cant see a chicken kebab being just plain cooked chicken with nothing on it. I would image it would have been cooked in oil unless it was in a tandoori oven?
