Hi guys 
I'm on day 5 now of SS step 1, and yesterday and today i've been having a bit of irregular bowel movement, it seems my tummy is a bit upset xD
On day 3 I did have a bad day and cheated, and the morning after that I was fine in the way of bowels xD, but after that I've been a bit on the upset side xD Before that was no problem.
It just made me worry a bit... does anyone know why this might occur? :3
