    Hi all , I'm new to weight watchers and thought I would start a diary, here's my diary so far :)

    B- banana, apple . 0 pro points

    L- 1 50 50 bread (toast with butter) 3 pro points. ww spagettie 3 pro points

    D- 2 ww petis pains 6 pro points
    1 Richmond sausage 3 pro points
    2 poached eggs 4 pro points
    Red sauce 1 pro points

    Anytime- strawberrys and fat free onken yogurt 2 propoints

    Curly wurly 3 pro points , Choc ice gems 3 pro points

    29 pro points a day, I used 28 :)

    If I'm doing anything wrong please tell me :)
