Today is my first day of SW, which i have stated on EE. I feel its gone pretty well, havent felt hungry and what i have eaten has filled me up until its time to for another meal! Which usually i could eat all day!!

Free Foods:
2x bananas, 1x vanilla muller light, 1x toffee muller light, 1x bachelors tomato & herb pasta, extra lean beef mince, pasta, beef stock, basil & garlic

Super Free Foods:
1x apple, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes

Healthy Extras A:
250ml semi=skimmed milk

2x weetabix
