Ran 5km in a road race today in 27.29 mins

Worked out today using weights Scale showin 2lbs loss Happy with Dat as will b more focused when I go back 2 work Mday Hope yer all winnin Keep Gluggin water

Ah Tanx Findin it difficult 2 stick 2 Think its because of lack of variety Need 2 order shakes as porridge on its own is not enough Will b back when I've placed and received a batch Well done everyone Yer doin brilliantly

If you find yourself struggling - or if you don't want to restart entirely - you can always have something low protein, adds a bit of variety, fills you up and won't knock you out of ketosis. A piece of chicken or some boiled eggs or whatever is fine x

Restarted today Not weighin in until I've completed 40 days TS So here's 2 Day 1
Focusing on controlling my excessive eating so want to regain control of eating when hungry so feelin hungry now so Im about to have a porridge. Hope yer all winnin

Day 2 nearly done 2 porridges so far Kids made biscuits today- wasn't even tempted. Yeah. Going 2 have some Bouillon Savin my last porridge til 8 Happy out

Day 3 here Boy d days r flyin Back at work today so hope I'm not hungry as had my porridge at 7.30 this mornin and didn't have it til 1.30 the last two days. Brought bouillon soup and a 2 litre bottle of water so they'll do me til 3.15 when I get home. Hope yer all winnin!!

Day 5 Bitter cold today Probably coz Im in ketosis plus d dampness isn't helpin
Ended out havin a WS day
Porridge, vanilla and coffee shake, chicken and porridge plus Bouillon, 2 cans of Coke Zero and water. Tis gettin easier thankfully
