Headaches and/or Dizziness


...we're sinking deeper.
Unfortunately this doesn't really go away... Dizziness and light-headedness comes with a very low calorie diet. Though you may be one of the lucky ones who doesn't get it severely. :)
Weeks 1-4 are probably the hardest while your body becomes used to the changes in your diet, energy levels and all the rest of it. Take it easy, it will get easier. :)

Thanks Minerva. Yeh, do need to wind my neck in a bit as only on week 2 lol. Great to get feedback on here though as it really helps you to understand and 'normailise' things a bit. Also find that supporting others also helps to reinforce your own conviction as well as help others (hopefully). :)
