Why is it that people say to maintain a balanced diet, you have to cut out sugar and things like that?

I mean, you have to have sugar in your diet and fats and all those other things.

I looked at some info about dieting and I read to stay healthy, you have to cut out sugar and sugary foods.

But wouldn't that make you really ill?

Gone fishing
It's refined sugar we need to cut down on hun. The stuff you find in your cupboards.

We get our sugars from fruit, carbs etc. All carbs can be broken down into sugar. We don't need extra :)

The only sugars you need are natural sugars that you find in fruits and other foods.:)
