Hi, I'm 44 and in need of loosing my middle spread, i've been struggling for the last few years and tried a number of diets with no luck. So I thought I'd try a lifestyle change that I can keep to long term that includes healthy eating and exercise. So here goes....
Breakfast - muesli with half semi milk and half soya milk and a drizzle of honey
Lunch - puy lentil and tomato soup with a wholemeal roll
Dinner - stir fry fake chicken with veg and bean sprouts and noodles with a chow mein sauce
Snacks - handful of mixed nuts and a naked coco orange bar and caramel soya desert
Cals - 1500
