Healthy extra advice?

I was just wondering if anyone knows is its essential to have 2 HE's on a red/green day?

So for example if I plan for a green day, but only manage 1 of each HE, do you think this would negatively effect my weight loss? Like doing an EE day but eating no red-free food?

Healthy extras are just that - extras - it won't affect your losses if you don't have them but they are recommended as part of a healthy balanced diet :)
