Healthy Extra B - Hi-Life Choc and Caramel Cereal Bar

Hi All,

I might be being really dense here but i bought some Hi-Life Choc and Caramel cereal bar's last night at group and i have had 2 today as my healthy extra B but do i also need to count them as 3 syns each?!

I am confused as to what is correct-
a. They are 2 healthy extra B's and that's it OR
b. They are 2 health extra B's and 3 syns each.

Sorry if this is a daft question (I have done a search on this but couldnt find the answer) it is the fact it had chocolate in that is making me think it myust have syns as well!

2 hi life bars would count as your hexb, you do NOT syn them. The only way you would syn them is if you had used up your hexb allowance on something else, or you wanted to have more than two.

For example, if you had 3 hi life bars, 2 of them would be your hexb allowance, and the third would be 3 syns. Hope that makes sense!
