Healthy Extra B

If you haven't been having bread, how about using a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil for some of your cooking?

You're supposed to have it, as it's supposed to give you fibre (although a) I didn't know olive oil had fibre in it, and b) you probs get all the fibre you need in all the fruit and veg we end up eating!)

Can't get on SW website at the moment as the card I was given on Wednesday hasn't enough numbers to enter.

Please can someone tell me, or look up:
