    Q: Healthy extra b, can you have the same one twice?

    e.g : my 2 daily HEB would be 1tbsp olive oil & 2 slices whole meal bread

    but could i instead have 1tbsp olive oil x 2, as 2HE B?

    Yep thats fine (as long as you are doing the red or green plan - you only get one HEB choice on extra easy)

    Always good to mix it up though, so try to have something different on other days

    Thanks, good to know that...as I was hoping to make a curry today which requires 2tblsp of olive oil...and had no syns left for today...

    Does it have to be olive oil? I never use olive oil for cooking and always replace with fry light - you can get olive oil frylight as well. But I don't notice the difference taste wise, I dont think my palate is that sophisticated, whereas other people do.

    Personally I'd rather use my HEX on some bread or a cereal bar

    No syns left before 11am? Thats gonna be tough! Or do you mean you have already planned what you are using your syns on today?

    Went mad with a multipack of walker’s crisps yesterday evening in front of the telly! Hence no syn's left for today or even 2mrw - I usually have 10 per day...

    The curry recipe I want to try does not work so well with frylite hence i need oil for it...I always use the olive oil from the HXB to make my curries.

    Your HEXB is only supoosed to be extra virgin olive oil - plain olive oil is NOT a HEX. I was told by my old C that this is because extra virgin is less processed so retains more fibre/nutrients.
