healthy extra for king prawns on green day?

    Hi I have just started on the slimming world diet, I downloaded the info from the net as did not have time or money to go to classes each week. I wondered if anyonw can help me. I want to make a stir fry with king prawns on a green day, however on the list of healthy extras it says you are allowed 170g of prawns, it does not state anything about king prawns, what should I do??:wave_cry:

    Personally I'd just lump them into the prawn category and have 170g but I don't know if that's right.

    Would have thought a prawn is a prawn is a prawn, just use the weight it stipulates. Enjoy

    I would think that they are covered in the prawn category too, they are a shell food and it is all free on red and EE really.
