Healthy Extra Grab&Go

Hello there!

My name is Nina and I started SW just a week ago. I still find it somewhat confusing and complicated.. ;-)

And, omg, I think I've done a mistake with my Healthy Extras...
The food optimising book is my bible at the moment and I really try sticking to it 100%!
about the Grab&Go part... Is the food listed there 1 or 2 HE??
I thought it's 1 and mixed them up all week, for example having 3 Finn Crisp Crispbread from HE B (in grab&go) AND meat as HE B as second choice on my green day.

Now I realised that grab&go might already be 2 HE?
could someone pleeeease clear this up?

Well on the online food diary it puts 6 Finn Crisps as 1 HEXB (I'm doing EE and so am only allowed 1 HEB).

But I only joined SW today so someone with more experience may have a different answer - LOL!

The stuff in the grab 'n go section is 1 HE

If you are the Nina I know, then you had your WI today? How did it go in your first week (apart from the confusion about HEs)?
