Healthy Extra

Hiya, I've just started with the slimming world an was just wondering do you count sync on a healthy extra, for example i had a slice of wholemeal toast this morning, do i count that as five syns or is it free as I've not had a healthy extra yet? if that makes sense sorry if i sound thick haha
 
Depending on the weight you can use it as your healthy b - or syn it if you fancy so thing else as your hex B. Hope that helps!

60g of any wholemeal bread = x1 HE B, the maximum allowed on a normal Extra Easy day. Anything else you'd have to syn.

I personally just have the standard loaf and syn the extra 20g or so from 2 slices.
