Healthy Extra's

Hi all this might well be the silliest question i have asked here but it just dawne on me that i could be jepordising my progress!

Are the healthy extra's free if you are within the daily allowance or are you supposed to give your healthy extra's a syn value?

Healthy extra's are free. But if you eat all your healthy extra's and then say, for example, you want another slice of brown bread then you would have syn it. Hope that helps.
