healthy extras?

    I'm going it alone so getting things a little mixed up...can you have 2 of the same healthy extras eg 2x 2 slices wholemeal bread (400g small sliced loaf) so 4 slices in total??

    thanks for any input x

    Yep, although it's not a good idea to do this regularly - you get best losses if you mix them up a bit

    Okay thanks guys i will not do it everyday just got some low syn burgers and want to use the bread as a poor mans bun!

    As long as you are doing a red or a green day otherwise remember it is one A and one B x

    yeah if you are doing extra easy, you would onyl be able to have 2 slices of bread, as it is 1 HEa and 1 HEa a day.

    If you are doing the original or green plan then you could have 4 slices of bread, as you get 2 HEa's and 2 HEb's

    No i am doing a red day tomr :) and they are tesco lighter choices burgers which i think are 1.5syns :)
