Healthy food


Hello there!
I see there that somebody of you eat healthy food for years. I'm not that long on my journey, but I am really tired of thinking what to cook not to gain weight... I do a lot of workout including cardio with it.

I know that this is really important to eat varied and I try to do it.

I just realized that all my thoughts are about what to cook today and this is hard for me. I cannot even drink coffee with my favourite creamer because it will influence my weight... So I had to find another one which is pretty good, but not the best...

So how do you cope with choosing a meal? Do you have specail meal plan?
