HEB help please

Are a 30g bag of ryvita minis classed as a HEB? (it says in my book, but not online?

And alpen light cereal bar (summer fruits flavor)...

if it says it in your book then it should be fine and the alpen light bars are 2 for a hex b

Just double checking, cus i am terrible for messing up diets then i end up binging and gaining alot of weight! lol

Have just had a look and Alpen lights all flavours are HEB and 30g bags of Ryvita Minis are healthy extra's on line (were quite well hidden in the crispbreads but was definitely there) at least on green.
