HEB - On red

Hi all,

I had fish and mushrooms for dinner (on a red day) but i had 4 pieces of 400g wholemeal bread using my two HEB. Is this ok, i felt like a right piggy wig!

Is it ok to choose two of the same HEB and eat them all together?
