HEB ryvita

    How many of these can you have as a HEB? Cos in the book it says :

    2 Ryvita original/dark rye/sesame
    4 Ryvita original/dark rye/sesame

    So im confused as to wether its 2 or 4 :rolleyes:

    hello,
    you can have either if you have 2 its got the f ans s symbols meaning they are high fibre and speed food,
    if you have 4 then it has ff by them and thats extra high in fibre
    does that make sense

    no i dont think so as there is no s symbol by the 4 ryvitas, very confusing isnt it

    It is basicaly saying you are ALLOWED 4 if you want them, but if you only eat 2 that will be extra slimming (less calories but enough fibre to for your allowance)
    It is similar on some pulses- you can 113g of Canellini beans as a HEXB on a red day, but if you only want half that (57g) that would still be healthy enough (lots of fibre) but only half the calories so it would be a 'speed' choice
