My losses have slowed, so I thought I'd do a diary for a couple of days, to see if anyone can spot anything I could improve on! I use my HEA on milk every day.

Yesterday

Brekkie
Bacon, mushrooms and beans on 3 slices WW brown danish (HEB)
Snack
Raspberry Activia
Lunch
Rice with mushrooms, peppers, onion, sweetcorn
Dinner
Home made burgers (syn free) SW chips.
Supper
Melon and grapes.
SYNS
WW hot choc - 2.5 syns
3 squares choc - unsure

Today

Brekkie
28g Fruit n Fibre (HEB)
Raspberry Activia with Scan Bran crumbles in (rest of HEB)
Lunch
Pasta with onion, pepper, mushroom, tuna and 1tbsp low fat mayo.
Dinner
Roast chicken breast (skin removed) SW roast potatoes, petits pois, carrots, sweetcorn, melon and grapes for after.
SYNS
2.5 mayo
2 gravy

If you are doing extra easy SW recommned you have a third of your plate full of superfree food. Other than that it looks fine, but if I were you I'd have more syns. As wrong as it sounds it does actually help in you weight loss.
