Hi there - does anyone have any idea what the syn value of Heinz Toast Toppers are? Especially the cheese and ham which I love both on toast and in a jacket potato. I've been trying to work out a SW version of it but no luck yet! FF fromage frais, ham, onion, cheese (hexa)???????????

No free food allowance in that so you can work it out from the info on the can - 1 syn per 20 calories
