    Hi :) its been a while since i've used this forum, I first came across it when I started on Lipotrim last year and now I am doing CD but getting to a point where I need that little extra support and stupid me I forgot how great this site can be for giving and receiving support!

    So here I am due to go on holiday in just under 3 weeks and hoping to shed a few more pounds to feel more comfortable in the heat!

    Thanks all, and I am going to Greece for a couple of weeks, want to do sole source but coping ok with 3 CD packs and a protien meal.....what is everyone else doing?
