Hello again

Hello! I joined this forum a couple of years ago but haven't really used it much. I've decided though that 2016 is the year to really make a proper change. I've lost the odd stone of weight here and there, usually with daily exercise like 30 day shred and a mix of low carb, 123 and slimming world. It hasn't been sustainable though and the weight goes back on, leaving me feeling old, fat and creaky. This is the year when I do it properly and make some lasting change. Any comments/suggestions welcome! :)
