I have just ordered my first weeks worth of packs!! Am super excited, it should arrive on Friday.

Welcome!! I'm on my first day back since January, I lost weight very quickly however have gained alot back just in the past 3 weeks. Needed to get my head right, I'm an emotional eater, now I recognise this it'll hopefully help me succeed.

Will definately be looking to see how you are and helping if I can
