hello all, :wave_cry:
im joining my local slimming world tomorrow morning, been looking on reviews etc and seems amazing what you can eat and still lose weight.
was wondering if anyone had any reccommendations for free foods in stuff like tinned chillies, ravioli, spaghetti etc, im gonna use the online syn value tool but am too impatient to wait , lol
looking to lose 3 stone (hopefully), not worried about christmas as do have willpower when needed :D

anyway, hope to see some advice,

thanks for that bambii, looking forward to getting started now, i think the main driving force will be the weekly weigh in and seeing my progress (hopefully) lol, will post my starting weight on here x
