Hello all

I'm Victoria and I'm struggling doing Slimming world. I started last September and did quite well. Up to now I've lost 21 pounds. However, I'm not being true to the diet and for the last few weeks I've been putting on, then losing, then putting on - a horrible cycle :sigh:.

I had come across this site before when looking for recipe ideas. I thought I actually join to get some of the wonderful support I've seen on here.
