    Hi ya, I only just found this forum and believe the peer support may help me to stick to my slimming world plan. :)
    I only just started, so I am still rather new to the concept. In the last few years I have put on 1.5 st and I am deperate to lose that weight again. I recently bought a bike, as I have tried the gym but did not like it. Since I bought it I am increasing the lengh of my bike tours and I really enjoy it, but it also shows up how unfit I had become.
