Hello - am starting slimming world again- food diary

Hi i'm Becky:)
I did slimming world a few years ago and was successful on it, but stopped the diet and put most of the weight back on:(. Have decided to try again, am starting going to the groups in a couple of weeks, but thought I would see how I can do on my own fist.
I am a vegetarian so can only do green days.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or if I am doing anything wrong. thanks :)
 
Day one:: 10.04.12


Breakfast: porridge with milk (HEX A and HEX B)
Lunch: Noodles with soy sauce and quorn pieces.
Snacks: stawberries, melon & kiwi fruit. Packet of walkers star crisps (5 syns I think)
Am planning on having:
Dinner:
Slimming world quiche with baby tomatoes and green beans.
Snack: Kitkat (5.5 syns), apple & banana
Drinks: Sugar free squash, water and tea (HEXA)
Will add if I eat anything different :)
