Hi.

I stumbled across this website whilst trying to work out how wanted to move forward regarding losing weight. Had a quick flick through some of the forums and looks like this is quite a good place to start and is full of friendly support and advice.

I have no action plan to follow to the letter, just planning as of Monday to cut the junk and go to the gym.

See where it all goes from there.

Nice to know that it doesnt have to be a lone effort. Looks like there's a good community here that provides a good base.

Going to have to take a look at creating a diary for this long slog.
